Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to be thrilled with every Barbara Bixby piece you receive. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied your purchase from barbarabixby.com, you may return the piece within 30 days of the original invoice date. Items purchased through other retailers must be returned directly to the store from which they were purchased. Jewelry that was a special order, personalized or sized in any way cannot be returned. Please email us at inquiry@bixbydesigns.com to obtain a return authorization number. Shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Promotional Gift Policy
If your purchase includes a promotional gift (a "Gift") as part of a promotion, the following conditions apply in the event of a return:

Gift Return Requirement: If you return an item that qualifies you to receive the Gift, you are required to return the Gift in its original condition along with the qualifying item.

Deduction for Unreturned Gifts: If the Gift is not returned or is returned in a condition that does not meet our return policy standards, the value of the Gift, as determined by us, will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping Policy
We want you to receive your new Barbara Bixby jewelry as quickly as possible. Please note that, in addition to the 3-day shipping time via UPS, there is a 3-day shipping and handling time for all orders. We offer free UPS 3rd Day Select shipping within the Continental US for orders over $500.
Please note that a direct signature is required for all deliveries. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, or because UPS wasn't able to obtain a signature, the customer is liable for the cost of shipping.
If an order is returned because a package is refused, the purchaser will be refunded the purchase amount minus a $40 restocking fee.
At this time we don’t ship to P.O. boxes or outside of the United States.
Repair Service
Barbara Bixby Designs strives to make innovative, high-quality jewelry. However, as with any jewelry, from time-to-time a piece can become damaged. We currently do not have a repair department but will do our best to assist customers with pieces that were purchased from BarbaraBixby.com. Please contact inquiry@bixbydesigns.com and include the order number of your purchase. For pieces that were not purchased from BarbaraBixby.com, repairs can be performed by independent jewelers experienced in sterling silver and 18K gold.
